Thanks for posting another great video. Pity the rain didn't help, but, I enjoyed it nevertheless. A great insight into the work day of a train driver. Just one thing that I noticed is that Victorian signalling is used from Albury. Could have kept the double track from Albury to the Murray river bridge much like the double track on the other side of the border.
The Murray River bridge is not up to the weight of two trains at once hence single line across the border. We'll see what happens with any plans to replace the bridge for the inland rail project. Very happy to hear you enjoyed the ride 👍 😀
I have not forgotten you Putty Cat and 667, Leave this Sunday just a few more days to go, Great ride and View.
Not long and you will be off enjoying your cruise. Glad you enjoyed the video 👍 😀🐈🐈🐈
This brings me back memories of the V/Line N Class Locomotives on the Albury Line
Nice.
Annoying there isn’t a lot of footage of going through the original Wodonga Station, through a city of what is now dependent on roads.
I wish I had taken footage through the old Wodonga station but alas, I didn't. 😔🤔👍
Bumpy beginning: the camera mount, bumpy track, or a considerable earthquake?😳
I went looking for a trip in this general location. I wanted to see some of the Inland Rail line.😁
That was a bit of a dodgy camera mount at the beginning. 🤔 The line has seen a bit of upgrading since this one was filmed. 👍😀
Do you miss driving the N's around as much as previously? Far less services on them now.
I still drive N classes a fair bit but the runs are becoming less. I will miss them when they are gone 😔🤔👍
What was the Speed Limit that Trains Depart Albury Station.? 0:00
@@vlinenclasstrains it's the set up of the signalling when you depart the back platform 👍😀
@@vlinenclasstrains The signal at the end of back platform is Clear Medium Speed.
Rip N classes
@@driver667 but at least they are still running to Bairnsdale, Swan Hill and Warrnambool and on Weekday Afternoon Services to Geelong
G'day, thanks for the ride down the line, what crappy weather that day for Summer, good thing you weren't drive a open cab area like on the first Trains, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
Those early drivers would have had bad conditions on the job. We don't realise how good we have life compared to people years ago. 👍😀
