Re: Phoenix in a Spec Op when she's not meta... Battleworld is another way for Scopely to make old characters meta again without a rework into a new team. And if the rumors of Spec Ops rotating end up being true, Scopely can push us to build characters that otherwise fall out of meta by rotating them into Spec Ops in BW.
@@Boilon Agreed, if it does rotate, I don't think it would be any faster than the major raid updates. It would be a place where players can get payoff for their investment for a few months, then eventually we have to invest again.
@@Hawksmoor42 Yep. Can definitely see this as a way they push us to spend $$$ on the new teams. Unless old toons are parts of genuine reworks I see Scoely ditching them likey did minions and other poor toons. There's just no money in it for them.

You can get Cap Britain in the candy store Can you though, several of my alliance members and myself have yet to see him in there so the % must be tiny or some shit
I made it so far basically JUST coring for refresh to 160 total shards :p it's possible they just want to make sure you're spending your cores where you shouldn't :p
Zone 3 global/epic/legendary graphic is incorrect (unless i missed something) Its showing mr fantastic as usable but hes cosmic, not global.... So in actuality, if you don't have Britain, you can't participate!?!?!?
No you’re right I added a pinned comment. BPG will be correcting this for the version shared on discord. You can use other stand ins but would have to be non team affiliated.
If Battleworld is a gear check to unlock one character, then I guess I’m not unlocking that character. This isn’t fun. I don’t want to level up 50 VERY SPECIFIC dead/dying characters to ungodly heights to unlock one new character

So basically Knull is an unlock for the mega whales, and everyone else shouldn’t even bother because why spend the next six months wasting all those resources leveling up 50 dead and dying characters to unlock one character? So disappointed a gear check is a new “game mode” and that they make new things for their game, and they don’t let players play them.
I would not say that's the case. We will be getting Knull shards at all difficulties. But, getting rewards beyond Knull shards will require engagement in BW

Personally I don’t see this being rotated any time soon, it’s very likely locked in for a while

I think it’s something that’s like 6 months max ? I expect a new battleworld 6-9 months
I hope the game will remember and preset the spec-ops (like war/cc def) otherwise it will get tedious.

Depends on the difficulty. But I imagine for the top difficulty G18 100 / G19 is likely safe. This is what was playtested.

I've personally seen him 16 times but the next highest in my alliance is 3. So it's pure rng
RNGesus is fickle, I almost have him to 4 stars... with coring 50s.
