I have the original MFK ($320.00 US dollars) and the Barakkat one, just because I want to see how close they are when compared to each other. I’d say maybe around good 90%, and if you don’t mind that 10% different, get the Barakkat one ( I bought it for only $25.00 US dollars for 50ml ), it’s a good deal, and no one would even know the difference. Unless they have the MFK bottle on hand and trying to smell on you to compare. 😅Hope the info helps. 👍🏼

Barakkat satin oud is a beast for only 25 bucks.... I have 3 backups bottles... The longer it sits and macerate the stronger it becomes.... This will definitely get you compliments.... I finish a bottle of ministry of oud I would not repurchase it only because it isn't long lasting on my skin and isn't as heavy projecting as barakkat imo

I just received "Oud For Glory" for Christmas. 👌🏾 I immediately was intrigued by Amethyst!🤔 But, I don't want the fragrance to lean too fem. I'd appreciate your input!🙏🏾 No shame in their game when it came to those bottles!!🤣🤣
I was thinking the same. Barakkat Satin Oud and the new B Satin Oud are both from Fragrance World but Barakkat came out in 2021 (I think, definitely been a few years) and B Satin Oud came out 2024. Usually the newer dupe is a better more refined formulation, usually. But I've also seen companies just put the exact same juice in a different bottle and different packaging. Let us know and report back, scout!
Update: I have confirmed with Fragrance World directly that B Satin Oud is the same Barakkat Satin Oud but with improvement packaging. (Also, most likely changed bottle and packaged designed to avoid cease and desist letters or getting sued. They didn't say this but I can only assume. Or they wanted to move and sell more of the product they already have and re-packaging is a good way to re-ignite sales)

The ministry of oud is much fresher than the original and to me it leans much more feminine than the original and it doesn’t even come close to the same depth. For these reasons I would say it’s not 97% close unfortunately
have you ever smelled indian flavoured ilaichi or branded paan masala/ gutkha ? to me smells like that big no no frag for indians i think kannauj also provides all big gutkha manufacturers edible perfume blends for their products
