I have tried several Muffin recipes but this one remains the Best! Recipe for Soft Muffins
✅ Ingredients:
-2 eggs at room temperature
A pinch of salt
130 g of sugar (cup)
1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
125 g of cream cheese (1 / 2 cup)
120 ml of milk (1 / 2 cup)
120 ml of vegetable oil ((1/2 cup)
100 g of melted chocolate
240 g of flour (2 cups)
1 teaspoon of baking powder (9 g)
30 g of bitter cocoa (2 tbsp)
Chocolate chips
Kinder Bueno spread
Kinder Bueno chocolate
