I have been in the Biz all my Life...I have been fortunate to hear most everything...James McMurtry affects me in a way I had not felt since the day I bought the "Bring It All Back Home Again" by Dylan...This man's lyrics reach down into my Soul...I discovered him when he opened for Nanci Griffith in the 80's.
His lyrics hit the true tone of our reality here in America. Great song writer, guitarist and so honest it hurts... in a good way!
