+Dario Leone in icbt2 you get access to c2 sorc+necro skills, now they are split up between c1 and c2 so you can't have 5 skeletons + sloggath + controlling summon/riding at the same time on c6. you can either have sorc1 necro2 and get skeletons+sloggath+summon but you won't be able to root summon down, ride it, morph it(AI is very dumb and tether range is very small so it'll just follow you around when you are dodging mobs/attacks. Or you can go sorc2 necro1 and have summon control + sloggath. Without skeleton warriors or disinter to mass collect corpse with you'll have a very hard time. TL;DR sorc and necro are both 2 circle invesments to bring out their true potential, having 1 circle in either is a waste of rank unless you are just going for servant+sorc sp attributes.

Though it could possibly be carried over or 1 point being put into Attack Ground. Given the HP and SP of this character it's safe to assume that the majority of their points were put into CON. From what I've seen, CON builds are strong for Wizz trees because of their abilities being strong based on how many points you put into them as opposed to your actual INT level. Of course, I don't know this entirely but seeing as how a full CON ele runs at about 8.9k HP (obviously different equipment will change that value), this build's HP is right around there. I don't have ability listings for Wizz and Linker because they're C1 and if you go to a TOS builder, you'll understand where these values fall under. I obviously don't know what equipment they're using, so this is the most knowledge I have just from a glance.

I don't get this... at level 200 you must be still at rank 6 yet you have that summon skeleton which you can only have at necro circle 2 and only at rank 7 O.o
