OMG! This cast sounds so incredible! I'm so used to seeing Bradley Jaden as Enjoras, but he sounds amazing as Javert! I'm a big fan of Lucie Jones and Shan Ako, their voices are amazing!!🙃😀😱

Les Miz is my favorite musical. We need them to finally film an actual play. Not just the actors walking up to microphones and singing.
Les Miz is one of my favourite musicals and I agree they do need to film the new production either at the Sondheim Theatre in London or on it's UK Tour
We certainly do Donald, it’s so frustrating and incomprehensible to me that they have not recorded and made available a full stage performance, yet Phantom and Miss Saigon have.

I wasn't sure of Fantine at first, but wow she's great! And Eponine was incredible! I really want to see this now, the entire cast looks amazing
Lucie is great. Her performance as Jenna in Waitress is fantastic.

There is something about this musical that goes right to my core. I have never been able to see or hear it, live or recorded, with dry eyes. Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much. I hope I get to see it live again.The pandemic has been grim for NHS workers and grieving families, but it has also wrecked the theatre and live performance arts. I hope they will recover because they feed the soul and we need that *as well as* a recovering economy, education, social care and health service.
We saw this show on Sunday . I was absolutely blown away at the talent on stage. It was a beautiful, moving and very emotional performance. After so long without a visit to the theatre this was a fantastic way to start back . I cried at virtually every song but especially One Day More.

I like musicals but never saw why people obsessed over them, now I understand. The goose bumps I got when they all sang god that was magical
I was the same until my wife took me to see this, and I was shaken to my core.

Shan Ako has been in it for ages. She is on the dvd (2019).

The first time I went to see this I started crying before the interval then sobbed all the way through the second half. Wonderful musical.

When I was an exchange student in UK in 2009, Lucy was on X Factor. It took one mitune to realise it's her. I'm happy to see Lucy again after 11 years and she stays brilliant.

Les Misérables is one of my favourite musicals, I saw The Staged Concert at the Gielgud Theatre on Saturday 5th October 2019 and it was brilliant and amazing
Wow so breath taking i feel in love with les mis from age of ten is when i sae it for the first time at rhe theatre

This cast is phenomenal. I saw Les Mis many years ago in the West End and it fast became a fave in my top 5 but I need to see it again with this cast! Brilliant blend of amazing voices and it's interesting to see various actors and actresses taking on different roles in the same musical too. I love this 🥰💞👌

What an amazing cast! I love them all but I can't help but wonder why since about 2010, people have started adding riffs. I've never seen Lucie Jones but having seen Shan Ako in the All Star Concert, when she sang On My Own by the score, I can say that she is the perfect Eponine and doesn't need to add riffs to make it amazing
I think they just added them for this one show performance. Like you mention, Shan Ako in the live recording was a fantastic eponine and sang it without riffs - I suspect the same will be true in this run. I've got tickets for the show tomorrow evening so I'll find out soon enough!

I grew up watching this show with the likes of Colm Wilkinson in the 80s, but I see that it has evolved so much over the years. I'm not sure, but is that Lucie Jones as Fantine? She is extraordinary. It's a shame we only saw a snippet of Charlie Burn. I might just go watch it again for the umpteenth time!
