I saw this one for the 1st time last weekend & I too liked it 🙂 The guy in the snowplower is Jason Voorhees himself Kane Hodder. He also played Victor Crowley in the Hatchet movies.
The only small complaint I have about this movie is that it breaks a rule I have about storytelling. If you write a story where doing a certain thing isn't an option, you can't resolve your story by suddenly allowing the characters to do that thing. If using the cables to escape wasn't possible when they were first trapped, it's a ripoff if they can do it at the end. Otherwise I really liked this movie. The part with the wolves attacking the first time is very effective, especially since they don't try to show it but instead use character reactions and sounds to imply what's happening. What I imagine is far more brutal than anything they could show.
One of the best real world horror movies. Just a tragic impulsive mistake leading to the absolute worst situation. The tension is fantastic, and I feel so bad for all the characters and what they go through. Great reaction as usual 🙂
Oh, yes this movie. I remember watching this movie with my Dad on the DVR that he recorded a long time ago and I thought it was okay, also my oldest nephew did watch the movie with his Grandma (my Mom) and he liked it, and my oldest nephew (who is 11) is into horror movies.
You should watch Spiral 2007. It's an Adam Green film and it's got Joel David Moore in it he played Ben in Hatchet. It's my second favorite Adam Green film
I would recommend the 1981 historical fantasy action adventure movie Raiders of the Lost Ark, starring Harrison Ford, Karen Allen, John Rhys-Davies, Denholm Elliott, and Alfred Molina, if that's OKay? I remember you saying you had only seen Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. I'd love to see you react to the original Indiana Jones trilogy, and I think it'd be a lot of fun 🙂

A movie where the elements & wildlife are the main villian is much more effective than just a supernatural monster
Yup. I agree.

this was like the same plot as Open Water but on land
Yup. I believe both movies are based on true incidents, which is more horrifying 😬.
"Do you wanna be a snowman?"😅😂

This one was good. Not many saw it. Like a low key reality horror
If he had taken his gloves off and switched them round, they would have worked.
That’s an excellent point one I never considered.
👍🏿
