UPDATE: My issue with the magnetic mask was that I was filming my screen. It was able to track fairly quickly and, like, STUPIDLY accurate. This is going to make creating creative ideas much easier and faster. honestly, I'm more excited for the future of Final Cut than I was when I finished this video. haha
Nice video. I to have been using Davinci more and more. I started playing with Final Cut Pro 11 myself. Magnetic masking worked perfect for me first time and I can see using it for certain videos, but I do not know if this is enough to move me back over to Final Cut Pro. Davinci keeps getting better and better as well, so like you, I'm really on the fence in how much time I want to spend in Final Cut Pro 11.
I’m glad you like the video, and I understand how you feel. I played in Final Cut to mess with the magnetic mask again and it’s really good. The captions are nice and I’m trying to think through if it’s worth leveraging another way to make it work better for me or not because like you I’m finding resolve to just get better and better with each new update.
@@OnlineCreatorStudio I do a lot of real estate videos, the one thing that Final Cut Pro does do best, is speed ramps. But the color grading in Davinci blows any of the other editors away, and I keep going back just for that. LOL The latest Davinci 19.1 has some fun features now as well. So, they both keep making it harder and harder to edit videos because I spend too much time trying to figure out which to invest time in. LOL
