After watching several GT on board POV vids, I find it insane how many micro corrections are put through the wheel on a lot of corners. Seems like you are ‘sawing’ at the wheel but I understand these course corrections are done to keep the tracking through the apex perfectly. Whoever thinks driving isn’t a workout needs to watch some of the videos…I can imagine how fatiguing an entire race would be, both mentally and physically!
Thats how it usually is with GT3 cars, i sim race only but i do the same, even on other cars when racing, its to keep the rear from sliding out too much
Your POV videos might be some of the best in terms of camera positioning in all of TH-cam. Looking at the mirrors this must be absolutely eye level for you? How tall are you by chance? 😅
@@DaanArrow Appreciate the response. I am around 1.83m so I can take some inspiration on how to setup my sim rig in terms of wheel height then. Thanks!
One thing that makes different between irl and sim was tyre temp. if in the sim u can easily counter steer if U hadnt enough traction but irl it feels really hard to build optimum tyre temp after pitting
Great video. In comparison to the Super Trofeo EVO 2, is this drastically more challenging to control? Or were your co-drivers settings just that different from the config that fits best with your driving style?
Big difference is the electronics system and rear end stability. May not look like it I’m this onboard though hahaha. We were doing pitstop practice on tires outside of the normal use window ;)
Daan love the videos,It seems you’re getting some serious snaps of oversteer on this car compared with the Mercedes for example,Is that a fair statement or an I way off thanks??
Hi Mate! True, although this was specific to this outing. We’re not allowed to share performance runs so this was a cut segment from our pitstop/driver change practice on tires passed their usable mileage window. On fresh rubber the Huracan is a beast!
@@DaanArrow Got it,I was going to ask if it could of been tires but I didn’t think you’d be out on worn rubber but now I understand,Still looked like a bit of a handful but I’d much rather have Oversteer than Understeer as I’m sure you would,Thx for the reply love the channel….
On the topic of amazing POVs (this was awesome btw) I know you generally drive race cars with paddle shifters but if you ever film something on a manual stick shift, I recommend a camera for the pedals, I've seen some videos with a pedal view (like below) and it's really cool to see. th-cam.com/video/7JqbrIDuEh8/w-d-xo.html
@@DaanArrow I will ask you something. Each car consumes a different amount of fuel per lap. For example, Mercedes consumes more fuel than BMW. After the pitstop, both cars come out of the pit with 120 liters of fuel. Since ,mercedes will consume more fuel, there will be a weight difference between the cars towards the end of the stint. Doesn't that make a performance difference?
Hii bruh i want to talk you . I also want to be. Gt3 driver . How can i be . I want to talk to you regarding that. Please tell me how can i contact you?

What? I am 1m85 and last time I tried out a lambo with helmet It was a nightmare for me. Impossible to keep the neck vertical.
@@toutpt Because of being pinned to the seat by the belts, or what? Neck tilted backwards or forwards? 😄
Look up Robert Allblas videos. That guy has the best driving camera work on TH-cam. Period.
the hi-vis accents all around the steering wheel and control panel are hot

Thx mate 👊🏼

It’s a challenge but one which you easily work around. In this case tires had +250km and Barcelona is very tough on rear left tires…
@@DaanArrow cant wait to play the evo2 with upcoming DLC release
Best gt3 pov footage. Tksss
Glad you liked it!
Didnt know you could get out of the car on ACC. Need to find that button
gran manico bravo
When you start the car, the starter sounds, but when we watch the pit stops from outside, only the car comes down and the gas sound is heard.
Subbed! Fantastic FOV.

Lambo 🖤🔊
how does it feel compared to the old car,in the case that youve driven the old one.

Is the TC like in ACC where you can have it more intrusive or less? I'm away to do some laps now 😂
Yep! Exactly

my technique in assetto corsa is the same :D
lol you cutted the footage at last third of the video
Looks damn slippery 😅 Is it wet or are the tyres gone?
We were doing pitstop practice on a set which was more than gone 😅
@@DaanArrow i thought they were cold 😅😂
Stupid question time - whats the bit you plug in? Is it to start the engine? Does the engine cut if it is unplugged? 😅
100% sure it has something to do with communication

Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe . . .
Thanks for the sub!

Hei Daan do you know how much mm your Steering wheel is? 😊
No, sorry. If you want a replica wheel I would check out ‘Simline.pl’ they make 1 on 1 replica wheels!
Is the Lambo a difficult car to drive compared to the others?
Yes, one of the most challenging but also most rewarding when you get it right!

Does it have TC1 and TC2? ACC fan here xd
We have multiple TC settings, both lateral and longitudinal adjustable in 12 settings!
Moto layout?
damn this thing oversteering like a mfer
Very true! We were doing pitstop practice on tyres outside of their normal use window 😅
@@DaanArrow Oooooh that's why. GT3s are usually stable
Brake balance on 30? Kinda low dont you think? :)
Good eye on details, but the brake balance doesn’t work like that ;)
I drive this in gt7 , I expected real drivers of the car to have a small screen to see out the back 🤔
Once the season got started, we did have a reverse camera 💪🏼
Why are you stopping the engine? No refueling. Is it a rule to stop the engine?
yes
Yes that’s correct!
