I was in bootcamp in San Diego when one of the top Chinese Generals visited. Allegedly he was the 3rd highest ranking general at the time. He had a convoy/entourage. Like 5 big black SUVs. It was a huge dog and pony show. They dressed up Drill Instructors as recuits for close up demonstrations. They had MV22 flying over, inserting troops. Recruits on obstacle courses, assault courses, bayonet courses, rappeling towers, etc etc. I always thought it was so weird we allowed them that sort of access to our military training facilities. As someone who worked in healthcare and healthcare education for over a decade (having left just a couple of years prior to COVID) and still read dozens of professional magazines every month AND served on an Obama created multi-county Pandemic Response Team, No. #1) Fauci's responses ignore the material from the Obama administration. Trump followed the guidelines Obama had created during SARS and was reamed for it. Fauci and Biden ignored them and caused what were later identified as the worst results of Covid. #2) The COVID-19 designation was created lacking the SARS designation so that people would not link the two and wonder why they were ignoring the Obama protocol. #3) The professional magazines listed everything Fauci later listed as "The Science has changed" in 2020. The issues with masks were listed in articles with scientific testing before mask mandates became a thing. The behaviour of the virus was determined to be primarily clotting in nature. As such, various anti-clotting protocols were recommended (hmm, wonder where Trump got the idea...). For the same reason, blood thinning treatments were discouraged as they would lead to hypoxia that would not respond to ventilators or oxygen treatment. This was especially important because the #1 protocol for SARS-like symptoms was Blood Thinners and Ventilators (and most of the early deaths had received that protocol and had hypoxia listed as present at death). #4) The Obama protocols listed the government pursuing a "Warp speed" like vaccine development. I was in bootcamp in San Diego when one of the top Chinese Generals visited. Allegedly he was the 3rd highest ranking general at the time. He had a convoy/entourage. Like 5 big black SUVs.
It was a huge dog and pony show. They dressed up Drill Instructors as recuits for close up demonstrations.
They had MV22 flying over, inserting troops. Recruits on obstacle courses, assault courses, bayonet courses, rappeling towers, etc etc.
I always thought it was so weird we allowed them that sort of access to our military training facilities. This was before Covid-19, but I still found it weird.

As someone who worked in healthcare and healthcare education for over a decade (having left just a couple of years prior to COVID) and still read dozens of professional magazines every month AND served on an Obama created multi-county Pandemic Response Team, No.
#1) Fauci's responses ignore the material from the Obama administration. Trump followed the guidelines Obama had created during SARS and was reamed for it. Fauci and Biden ignored them and caused what were later identified as the worst results of Covid.
#2) The COVID-19 designation was created lacking the SARS designation so that people would not link the two and wonder why they were ignoring the Obama protocol.
#3) The professional magazines listed everything Fauci later listed as "The Science has changed" in 2020. The issues with masks were listed in articles with scientific testing before mask mandates became a thing. The behaviour of the virus was determined to be primarily clotting in nature. As such, various anti-clotting protocols were recommended (hmm, wonder where Trump got the idea...). For the same reason, blood thinning treatments were discouraged as they would lead to hypoxia that would not respond to ventilators or oxygen treatment. This was especially important because the #1 protocol for SARS-like symptoms was Blood Thinners and Ventilators (and most of the early deaths had received that protocol and had hypoxia listed as present at death).
#4) The Obama protocols listed the government pursuing a "Warp speed" like vaccine development. Yet, it had a time table twice what happened under Biden. This was to allow expedited delivery BUT with adequate testing. Years of working with Medical (Nursing, Medical Lab, Biology, etc) made this obvious. When Biden released it early, I tried to get people to understand and not take it. I was listed as an anti-vaxxer, a group I had spent decades fighting against. I was not anti-vaxxer, I was just against this ONE. It needed more thorough testing, as we would later learn.
#5) Then, I watched as my posts, other posts, and entire articles and websites just disappear. To this day, there are still disclaimers on websites that reiterate statements that have since been proven false and admitted were false, but the "warnings" remain.
Having grown up a son of a U.S. Air Force Small Arms Instructor, I appreciate the difficulty of actually hitting a moving target. Having spent years working in Administration of an ever increasing size of responsibility, I understand the metaphor. But it does not apply. This is a case where a shooter's friend went over and was moving the target when the rangemaster showed up so the shooter can explain why he hit targets two or three lanes away, "Honestly, it keeps moving...."
