    Affirmation is highlighting something specific and positive about what the other person is saying. Could be about anything, doesn't necessarily have to be relevant to the issue. It can be simple as "Thank you for showing up on time today". Anyway, MI does not work unless the person corporates. It is all in your hand, people. You are the driver.
