No fix yet. I just setup a computer for a customer and it killed the printer. Thanks for not asking about the firmware update HP.

I had two healthy and damaged formatter boards.i put the main ic of healthy board on the damaged board and the problem was solved, so the problem coming from main ic no eprom

No. HP support was zero help. I just put the printer in recycling.
