Please try keratin. Lasts for a month with minor maintenance (like sulphate free shampoo) It’s actually better than smoothening/straightening.
And will also be very low maintenance for the trip. A little dry shampoo and blowdry is all you will need and you are good to go. Hope this helps. Also Love your vlogs :)
