People with disabilities are used to improvising and finding innovative ways of moving through a world that refuses to be more accessible, so they'd make a great addition to a team like this. Definitely need more disabled representation - by actual disabled people behind and in front of the camera - because so many people make assumptions like this and it puts the lives and humanity of disabled people in danger again and again.
