Ooh I drove past my local pumpkin patch and they also have Christmas trees too all growing in their fields wonderful to drive by it and see all the seasonal joy there and in the summer they have huge sunflowers growing too definitely need to go pick a pumpkin at some point soon 👏🥳💖🎃
I used to take my kids to the pumpkin patch. Or usually the schools would have a trip in the fall. Here in the states it’s a big production. Usually there are hayrides, sometimes a haunted house or a corn maze to walk through. If you go in the evenings there’ll be a bonfire. I’m glad you guys had fun.
Hey Carol, we had an amazing day. I don’t think pumpkin farms were a big thing here years ago as it is now. I bet your kids enjoyed it as it quite a huge event in 🇺🇸. Thanks for watching hun 🤗💕💕💕

@LifeWithLoise was brought up in southeast London but we left uk in 1979, I was 11yr at the time. I am fortunate however to visit with my sis who lives in Dorset, so I get to stay there when I can 😊
The pumpkin farm looks beautiful, I live in a small village in Derbyshire and walk the nature trails n fields with the dog everyday, it’s great to clear the mind. I used to live in Nottingham (where I work) but as I’ve got older I love the fresh air. The wrestler I remember lol
It really was a lovely farm and as a Londoner, you don’t get to see a lot of farms locally. You’re absolutely right, the open scenery is great to clear your mind, I must be more intentional and do that. Where you are sounds lovely and peaceful ☺️. Thanks for sharing & watching hun 🤗💕💕💕
Enjoyed that ta luv. The moving out of London is a big debate in itself. We did it not to the country but to Bournemouth. It took ages to settle and I do miss some things about London but now I'm older appreciate it here. Choose a place with good shops though as you'd miss it xx
Hello Loise you lovely lady, I remember watching Giant Haystack's in the '70's at my great nan's flat. She didn't much like him, she was a Big Daddy fan... she would hit the tv screen if Giant Haystack started to wrestle Big Daddy and shout out leave him alone you big bully! It was lovely to see you again you lovely lady, take care. 🤗💕❤💕🤗

Hey Penny, that’s so nice that it is a day you share with your family every year. Building such wonderful memories 😊. Yes I loved watching it too Big Daddy was my favourite 🤗💕💕💕
Somehow I feel like you got there, got underwhelmed and said "Imma make it work, gosh darn it! Drove all the way here, got all dressed for the occasion, throw a bit of autumn music on...I'll be damned if I don't make it work." 😂😂 Having no crowd and such a chill atmosphere is an introvert's dream. But somehow you don't strike me as one Loise. 😄
Hey Gee, not at all. I am quite an introvert believe it or not. I like to quietly sit and observe. I love when there’s not a crowd to be honest but somehow my life dictates that I’m always in a crowd- I dunno how that works 🤷🏽♀️People think I’m outgoing and extrovert and that is sooo not me…..thanks for watching hun 🤗💕💕💕

Aww, you guys are so excited! Halloween season isn’t really my thing, my children hate it ages 7-14. I skip straight to Christmas. It looked like you had a great time though, and I love the greenery! I’m definitely not a city person, so country living is perfect for me. My mum bought a house in the Jamaican countryside over 10 years ago with 13 acres, and I can’t wait to start growing produce there. 🙏🏾 Tell Alisha to get a projector! I recently bought one, and it’s amazing-it has Netflix and other apps plus built in speakers. When you project it on the wall, it covers the whole space, just like being in a cinema. My kids and I have been enjoying some awesome movie nights!
Mel, I was excited as we’ve talked about it for a few years, but life be life-ing and it doesn’t happen. I don’t celebrate Halloween hun, I celebrate the harvest of the new beginning of autumn. Do you remember harvest festivals at school? I love Christmas too, that content is starting any day now. Keep the dream alive - you will be planting and growing vegetables on that 13 acres. Trust and believe in the most High 🤗💕💕💕
