Thank you for this story. Following your dream of becoming successful at something means sometimes giving up on things like party's. Not everyone understands that, and that makes it hard and makes you feel alone and abandoned at times. Luckily there are some who will understand and support you on your path and these people are what you can call friends. I also found out these people are very rare.

I have started making videos a month ago. At the beginning,some of my "friends" would make fun of me everyday at school saying stuff like "Your videos suck" and "Look at your views, no one is even watching you". I was quite depressed at the time, but looking at people like you and how much you can improve video by video keeps me going. Lucky enough, I have some supportive friends. They would cheer me up when someone makes fun of me and gives me feedback on how I can improve. Thanks for the video

Competitive Gaming had been part of my life and gaming in general is my life. The only MLG event i went to was at The Mandalay Bay 2011 circuit. My team, just a ragtag team, came in 5th placement and everyone i knew and alot of people i didnt even know put me more down and i didnt want them to win at changing my goal but now.. They are starting to win.

I had a similar experience. I began to play the xbox more and more and my "friends" started to drink/smoke and even smoke weed. I slowly went out less and less and then totally dissociated myself with them. You might think so what if they smoke and drank, well we were only 11-12 at the time. I'm not saying that I didn't smoke and drink with them, but disassociating myself from them is the best decision I have ever made.
