Bro i am going for manipal this year i scored 603, didn't get a government college 😞 so i am choosing manipal in second round . I am 81 kg 5ft 7 i want to loose weight what was your weight and height when you started?
First of all congratulations bro. I was 142 kgs at my peak and I’m 6ft 2. You will easily lose 7-8 kgs in the first 3 months due to mess food and walking alone. But I would suggest you to join a gym where you can start doing resistance weight training. Grow some muscle mass first then go on a cut. Let me know if you need any help.
