しかし、このアトラクションも実はただグルグル回ってるだけなのを、とてもそうとは思わせない所こそがDisney Magic。
まだ人生で一度しか乗ったことないけど
乗ってる時は「もうこんなの二度と乗らない...(ゲッソリ)」て思ってたのに
降りたら不思議と「あれ...なんかもう一度乗りたいかも...」ってなった不思議なアトラクション。
浮遊感はあんまりないけど遠心力が半端ない笑
どうリニューアルするのかめっちゃ楽しみ！
発射される時の「チリーン♪」がたまらない…🤤

「スペースマウンテンは酔うからやめとけ」と言われて、いつ行っても乗らずじまい。
悲鳴の数だけ何かがあることはわかりました😆
スペースマウンテンは結構真っ暗でいつ落ちるかわからないのでハラハラドキドキしますよ〜！酔いの個人差はあると思いますが、センターオブジアースよりは全然怖くないです。かなり落下があるので次第に慣れてきます！おすすめです！次ランド行かれた時に乗ってみてください！
絶対行った方がいいよ 大して酔わんし落ちないし😊

It’s not closing for good, they’re just closing it to revamp and overhaul the entire thing with the new version opening in 2027
It still has the same track layout and experience as Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland (well, the original track layout of 1983 before the 2007 new effects added in in Tokyo). I'm really gonna miss it before the major couple year revamp (Disneyland once did a track revamp first as they still kept the dome and part of the original 1977 track and others, but still replaced some of the track with a new track and new effects, along with an amazing soundtrack). It'll be a memory to remember before the original will be revamp to the new one.

ダンボみたいな物って母親が言ってたから、乗ってみたらめちゃくちゃ怖かったわ！ガタガタする音が聞こえてきて察したけど！

Wow! This version of space mountain might be the best one. I especially like what they did with the effects at the start of the ride.
I know I'm the only english speaker here but this was my first roller coaster, and I have to say, it was one of the best.
So lucky they have a two seater, in Orlando it’s one, I would of loved to sit next to my daughter.

My favorite Space Mountain aside from the Paris version. The Tomorrowland area becomes really magical at night when the mountain is lit up by colorful lights timed to the Tomorrowland area music. I also just really love the dark retrofuturistic theme of the ride itself. They managed to preserve many of the original elements of the ride for a long time. It's sad to see it go, but I trust the imagineers will do a great job with the replacement. Also, this is the best true lighting pov I've seen of the loading station. You can also see just how empty this version really feels. It feels less claustrophobic than the others and more open. You can also clearly see the 2nd lifthill here (which is really hard to capture due to how dark that part is).
The one life saver they should have... PRACTICAL EFFECTS! Please, don't add this screen trash. Now I believe in some instances, screens can enhance the ride experience, but... Disney uses them as a crutch. If they can do something with practical effects, it would be ideal. A mix of the two? Not opposed at all!
But seriously, Japan was and is the bastion of keeping all of that old Disney charm. They haven't upgraded their Haunted Mansion, I think, and I like that one far better than the '07 WDW refurb. It just, keeps the charm, you know?
@@wdgaminganddisneyhistory6024 many of the recent attractions at TDR don't even utilize screens so it's already a rest assured that Space Mountain will make more use of practical sets. Apparently, the OLC really like the Earth and Moon sets in GOTG, so we can hope to see more non-screen props in this Space Mountain. It will also allegedly draw a bit of inspiration from the Paris version (that original ride also had many physical effects). Aside from the previous rumors I stated, there's also another rumor about the story being more focused on a power source; much like the current version. The only difference is we know that the source is organic (unlike the mysterious dark, implied unethical source in the present version).

@@_tommoses_ I mostly found them on some Japanese yt channels and Twitter. I suggest you take the rumors with a grain of salt, since it's all pretty much unconfirmed. The most likely to be true is that the ride will use the cosmic rewind system. It could also possibly be related to the S.E.A. as hinted at by some imagineers. Space Mountain in TDL has always been about a mysterious power source, so we can expect a similar premise. We probably won't really know anything about it for sure until it opens; seeing how secretive Fantasy Springs is.
This retro-futuristic ride theme is what should've been done to California's Space Mountain between 2003-2005.

This is much better than Anaheim. The last original retro space. The fact that they will demolish it is mind boggling. A crime
They are replacing it with a more modern version with better effects it will blow this one away.

Would he nice to see this with night vision. You cant see anything or how the track route goes because it is dark the entire ride.
It's not very interesting. I can easily tell you there are 5 left turns on the entire ride, and almost everything is a right turn

Outside of the screaming, yes, the ride is pretty silent

They are destroying this ride entirely. And the new one’s construction will be finished around 2027.(as of now)
The new one will be a much cooler space mountain.
I heard from the rumors that it will be a very long roller coaster (like 5 min) and double the speed with loops.
I’m very sad cuz this is my favorite ride at Disneyland, not being too scary.
I’m Japanese so the english might not be correct.

Guess who's sponsoring Big Thunder Mountain? A life insurance company... Daichi Life Insurance... part of the reason the rides are better maintained and more impressive in Tokyo is that all of them have corporate sponsors. It doesn't matter what the company does. They even got a cosmetics/make up brand to sponsor Splash Mountain.
The rockets use Coca Cola as fuel for their jet propulsion systems.

久しぶりに乗ったらさほど面白くなくて、やっぱりディズニーってアトラクションがなぁって思った代表みたいなアトラクション
世界観も含めて楽しめないならディズニーランドなんか行くな。富士急ハイランドでも行ってろ

それくらい面白くないで、富士急とかではなく、ディズニーをディズニーが超えれてないのよ。
