I never got into Top and Mew, they just didn't have the same spark as Sand and Ray. I think Directors need to know that if they are putting First Khao in as a couple, then they will be the Main couple. There is no way anyone in the BL industry can beat them.

FirstKhao literally stole the show for me. Such a good and pure chemistry. I love them so much
sandray are above most of what the bl world has ever seen. both the characters and the execution. ray was bitchy and annoying but only because he was deeply traumatized and emotionally unstable due to addictions, and sand had enough care, patience and willpower to break through it all. it was a very complex and realistic view of human beings. first and khaotung deserve all the recognition and praise for their incredible job 🥺

First and Khaotung stole the entire show for me. I just want to thank the person who casted them together, their chemistry is so good ❤
They are also one of my fav bl couples but I did notice that they were not using their best angles during the kiss scenes. I dunno if the director just didn’t care but for some reason Khaotung’s approach was to angle to the right so we would all mostly see First’s face. And then First would use his hands to touch Khaotung’s neck but his hands are so big that it covers most of Khaotung’s neck… like the kiss in the trailer looked off to me because I think we could all agree it would have been prettier if they switched positions. So I hope this isn’t a habit but they are given different angles to work with because if Khaotung uses his hand to grab First’s neck - visually it’ll good because his hands are smaller and First has such a long neck. Also I find Khaotung’s jawline and side profile really pretty so I hope director has the foresight where we can see them in the best angle and maybe First should just touch Khaotung’s waistline or back of his head more… lol anyway just my humble opinion 😏🙄
@@raynebeauty7444 i understand your point but also i feel like their kiss scenes are already pretty enough , they look great visually to me at least, also after watching all firstkhaotung series i have noticed it is probably the actors choice and preferences because you can tell first loves to put his hand on khaotung neck and grab khaotung face a lot in almost all their series he did that every single time , i think because khao has such a cute small face and size compare to him , first likes to grabbed it a lot , he seems to enjoy doing that another thing i noticed in their kiss scenes is that khaotung likes to kiss first upper lips a lot , like he always go for the upper lips, sometimes i feel that certain habits while kissing are more the actors choices , i saw an interview were firstkhaotung said they like to go with the flow when it comes to kiss scenes and sex scenes that they do what it feels right for them and their characters at that moment so yeah i feel that when it comes to them it is more their personal preferences but i could be wrong and maybe it was the directors decisions for certain scenes , but i do understand your point , it would be great if first grabbed him from the waist instead of the neck or face so we can see khaotung face more crearly , because as you said first hands are so big so most of the time it covers khaotung face or neck lol

Trust me honey, the series is actually good
I grew up in a home with an alcoholic. It was very abusive. I lost a lot of my innocence as a child and had to grow up quickly. I like that this series took it seriously because it's not just a word to throw around. I had a sibling who also had a drug addiction and was near death. These are diseases and should be treated as such. It's not enough to do it for someone else, they need to do it for themselves. I like that Ray was at that point of acceptance, even though this is very difficult to do, to help himself.

i left this show at ep6 because boston's drama was too much for me, and while i liked a boss and a babe, forcebook just didn't hit the mark with this one. I LOVED SANDRAY tho so I love you for making this amazing edit without the unnecessary drama so I could watch how their story unfolds without watching the show. im watching the heart killers atm and i definitely recommend it!! another show where they played together is The eclipse and that show was also amazing (they also both played in Moonlight chicken, but there they don’t end up together)

This is a good edit but you missed the two most important scenes, i.e., when they said they can’t live without each other and when Sand said “I’m never this yielding for anyone” and Ray said “I’m never this crazy for anyone to travel here, either”
i really wanted to use the “i cant live with you” scene and it would fit perfectly, but the background music was just way too loud. but yess you’re right about the other too i forgot about them and they’d be perfect for the edit. thank you for the feedback!!

This. I want more storylines exactly like this in BLs. Honestly, I’m kinda tired of the same old same old, focused entirely on romance, cliche, standard plots. SandRay storyline in Only Friends gave us impact of trauma on life, toxicity, alcoholism, recovery - truly a complex relationship with many added layers. It was truly interesting to watch.
IMHO, when there’s FirstKhao, the BL is automatically a hit for me, but I’m so happy to watch shows that don’t just rely on popular pairings to carry the plot and actually give us a good written script. BL world needs more of those
