Only going I keep thinking whenever I watch this is that I wish she'd have worn different colors, ones that would pop a bit more and make her easier to see. The maroon was too much like the background, and she was so good I think they should've given her brighter colors.
@Mango L That's because she has prior dance experience. Amber actually choreographed the stepping portion at the end. So having the star teach the pro how to do something pretty much just flaunts she's not an amateur LOL.
@@mooki33 it’s called stepping what she’s doing at the end. Stepping has been done in the black community for hundreds of years, we don’t take a class to learn it and it doesn’t mean we’re professional dancers, we just have rhythm.

Amber Riley shows just because you don't have a "perfect" body that you can still kick some major ass. If you pay attention when she did get put in the dance numbers she killed them but they always had her in the back where you could barely see her they didn’t start putting her in the middle or front until after she won this

I remember at the time Amber said they did that style of dancing in a dance team at her high school, so she brought some choreography ideas about it to DWTS. When I saw this performance, I just knew she had the win sewn up. Fantastic.

This is my favorite dance out of the entire show. I love it so much that when Wanya and Lindsey did their dance to this song with a western saloon theme, I immediately thought of how unoriginal it was because Amber and Derek had already done it. I had to come back here and watch it just to amazed all over again.
