- Anxiety is a liar. It whispers to us that we will never live fully free from its grip. Thankfully, we have a God who has already defeated sin, death, and the grave and he is ready to lead us to the other side.

Thank you. I cant find the words for how much this reached me. This day Jesus has been protecting me, changing me, loving me, leading me - then I found this gem. I could list all that has happened in the last 6 months. If I did, you would ask me how I am standing. I won't, because all I see in this moment is Jesus, and HE IS FAR GREATER! I SEE Him. I see HIM!

John Piper brought me here! I’m anxious from homelessness and I’m afraid about to be homeless . I prayed and said I don’t know to do and my father I haven’t spoken to in months called and said he wants me to come to Jamaica

I used to have anxiety but found out that drinking enough water (10-15 cups a day) and taking fish oil with multivitamins/minerals have knocked it out 100%. Pastors try to hyperspiritulize everything because they don't know the basic principles of nutrition. Better to google anxiety and nutrition and start from there.
People also like to claim you can always " magically cure" things with herbs, supplements, and nutrition too, but they themselves arent doctors and everyone's experiences and what works for them is different.
So disclaiming something because of your own experiences, is just as bad as some in the church who want to deny that things can be because of medical issues and imbalances, when your anxiety and health can be just as spiritual as it is physical or mental.
I think it’s physical and spiritual and Satan lives to run with it
