Dallas is a horrible city ran by horrible people and their MO has been to intergrade everyone together which is slowly affected kids that used to be on a good path and now the entire city is a ghetto and if you want to get anything done you better have a good black friend that is a cop or works for the city
The thing I can't understand is why does it need to be funded by the city I mean they said home owners Association pays for the private security I mean that is coming out of the home owners pocket why can't the home owners there pay for they own shit I'm in the hood all the time and I see a lot of people showing big stacks
Police never are here (i live in North dallas) we have gun shots everyday, car races and drifts every nigth, drug deals everywhere and gangs ruling the streets..
South Dallas is the truth I've had a lot of fun in South Dallas I like it a lot the people are a lot more nicer than they are in Houston but you do have to watch your back and be very very careful as long as you have a gun and you stay alert you'll be okay
