Thank you for your comments at the beginning and level headed take on everything...I just came into (back) comics two years ago or so and have had to unsubscribe from some other channels for their reaction during the whole incident. Either you had to excuse some really unwise decisions or dog pile on to someone and in a sadistic manner watching someone crash and burn and cheer it on. The irony of the latter being one of the themes of Red Room being the voyeurism of watching people get tortured and killed on the internet for amusement. I'm glad I found your channel! Also, being from Pittsburgh, I loved Ed's work and it felt great to be able to claim him among the great number of artists we have in this area. I loved his art style and was looking forward to so much more. It felt like something was taken from us. Sacrificers was my pick of the week- love this series and how it's picked right back up with an awesome issue. The art, the narration, the character development of Soluna, so much fantastic stuff going on. This was also probably the best week for comic releases in my opinion, lots of great indies!
Totally agree with Rook Exodus. The whole Ghost Machine imprint has gotten me just as excited as the beginning of Image Comics back in the day. I’m pumped for all of these books. 🔥
I was just having the same thought, this new imprint has the makings of being something revolutionary for the industry. These stories are totally character focused and I love that! So excited.
If it wasn't for lost in comics I wouldn't have been reading Traveling to Mars. Looking forward to the final issue. Looking forward to making a book...
Always appreciate these videos and you Chris. Always recommend a good break from social media just to take a break. I would recommend a top 5. My question would be do you get 10 books every week and how much time does that add for you to put together?
I think your thoughts at the beginning resonated with me also. Sad stuff all around.
It's the absolute worst glimpse into our society in 2024. Tragic!
RIP Ed. Would have loved to see more Red Room in the future. The whole situation is a tragedy and I still can't believe what happened.
So tragic, and speaks volume about our society. Sickening.
@@lostncomics for sure. The sadder thing is, I doubt very many will learn from this.
Great reviews as also.
Thanks, James!
Excellent choices. Ghost Machine is swinging for the fences! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on last week's comics. :)
Well said at top of the show.
It's hard to talk about.. so many thoughts about the whole thing.. tragic is the best way to start.

Your intro was well said.
Great video! I've been out of it on keeping up with new comics, except for Sabretooth War. Gotta catch up on Batman. 🤘

I'm thinking top 5.. I normally read about 16-24 books a week. I like top 5. And thank you man.. always appreciate you.
#1
I'm waiting to read it when no one is home and I can just read it peacefully.
Give yourself space and a little tissue nearby .. it's a good one!
Traveling to Mars simply MUST be read!
It's almost TOO good for me to handle. And congrats on another wonderful issue of Crashdown, I'm having a blast with it.
