I found it very difficult to add another string if the beads hole is too small or string is too thick .

does this bag need to add cloth in it?
No this bag doesn't really need lining because Pearls are soft and easy on the hand, But in case you use bead that is a little rough , yes then, you can put lining in it. It's all about your preference which ever you want.
