I love how their personalities and even colors coordinate with the houses
Peter with the red and gold amour/the gold crown and he is brave and rash, like Godric, a natural leader and fighter, he's used to being in charge and doesn't always plan before charging into action, he even has been gifted a sword like the sword of Gryffindor;
Lucy kind of has the same hair as Helga and the hufflepuff bravery; a gold jewelry piece and she is the most kind hearted; She forgives easily and is loyal to the people she loves.
Susan is wearing purple/blue dress and has long dark hair like Rowna, She is the most cautious of the four, always wanting to get all of the information and create a plan before acting. Unlike Lucy, she needs proof before believing anything and is always the most skeptical of anything they encounter;
Edmund has on a greenish shirt and a silver crown like the colors of Slytherin, and similar to the four Hogwarts founders, he experiences a rift with his three siblings, particularly Peter (Gryffindor). His Slytherin ambition for power and recognition allows the White Witch to easily manipulate him into betraying his siblings. Once reunited with his family, however, Edmund remains loyal to them throughout the rest of the series and never hesitates to make brave sacrifices on their behalf. Edmund tends to work independently, and sometimes even secretly, in order to achieve his goals.

When I was first introduced to both of these fantasy fictions, I immediately spotted this personality parallel. It's honestly a really good description of all the Hogwarts houses

Jk Rowling has said that she was significantly inspired by the narnia books and CS Lewis’ books in general, it’s rumoured the main characters in narnia are meant to be the four founders in Harry Potter. It’s likely they are and the cross over is impeccable.

I actually don't get why you say that. I mean, in the second book, sure it kinda fits, but Susan just forgets about narnia later in life, which doesnt seem very smart, and edmund becomes a pretty noble guy, while slytherin basically had no redeeming characters

I wouldn't discredit the idea of her thinking of four founders because of the four queens and kings of old. But I doubt the personality of each house was directly inspired by each of the Pevensie children. Peter, Edmund, and Lucy are all very brave and kindhearted. (Other than Edmund in Lion, Witch, and Wardrobe, but that was a childish mistake, not a personality trait). For some reason Susan is incredibly vapid and doesn't have much of a personality. So I would say they are all Gryffindor/Hufflepuff hybrids in the books, with Susan being more of a Lavender Brown type.

I used to compare me and my siblings to the Narnia siblings lol (I have one older sister and two older brothers in the same order, my eldest brother is the only slightly light haired in my family and is responsible, my other brother used to be a "troublemaker" lol and my sister is sometimes exactly like Susan)
