Mission to the Unknown/The Dalek’s Master Plan: The climax of episode 12(!) where the Doctor uses the Time Destructor against the Daleks. Power of the Daleks: I think it’s referencing the colony fighting itself over resource distribution. Or just that Vulcan’s an isolated colony. The Faceless Ones: The story takes place in an airport, hence the air stewardess. The Wheel in Space: This story doesn’t make an awful lot of sense. It’s a cluster of confusing and bad writing. Invasion of the Dinosaurs: As TheRedLioness said, this references Mike’s betrayal. The Talons of Wen-Chiang: Basically Magnus Greel (Rimmer) and his little homonculus, Mr Sin (Mr Flibble). Shada: Again, as TheRedLioness pointed out, the story is incomplete, so you can’t really see all of it as it was originally meant to be seen. To be honest, I wouldn’t have caught that, so thanks, TheRedLioness! The Visitation: References the destruction of the sonic screwdriver, an item just as iconic and just as annoying as Lister’s Guitar. Resurrection of the Daleks: I think this is a visual resemblance to the effect of the Dalek’s gas weapon in episode one, which gruesomely disfigures its victims. Planet of Fire: By the end of episode three and beginning of episode four, the Master had accidentally shrunk himself. Attack of the Cybermen: …BOY, does this story have a lot of exposition and lore-dumping. Paradise Towers: At the climax, the main villian Kroagnon - who has just possessed the body of the Chief Caretaker - is defeated by being tricked and shoved into an emergency exit. At least, I think that’s what that scene is referencing. The Greatest Show in the Galaxy: The Gods of Ragnarok are very hard to please as an audience, much like Cat and Lister here…or Doctor Who fans. Battlefield: I think it’s a reference to a magic ring or something, or perhaps the return of the Brigadier, for he - like Norman Lovett’s Holly - was a beloved character that had been gone from the show for too long. Forgive the few I’ve left out, for I’m not familiar with those ones at all.

@@domtaylor1887 I think the one for The Abominable Snowmen was riffing on the fact that the actor who played Travers was the father of the actress who played Victoria. Paradise Towers is IMO more likely to be a reference to the characters who got dragged into the garbage disposal unit.
