And really loved the anime, with the small cliffhanger and seeing evolution of Rentt i cant wait to see more and hoping for 2nd season soon... Rentt and Lorraine is love... Thoughts on last ep and anime, big essay and spoilers below... . . Wow what an beautiful ending for season 1. also a cliffhanger for season 2 as we all want to see him evlove more and meet Wilfried... She is a keeper if this baka Rentt would realize her feelings for him. and also Rentt damn he got his human skin back i mean he became vampire but hey its better than the ghast one... Even here Lorraine gets happy seeing Rentt eyes and face and says to him welcome home i thought she confess to him haha...Lorraine. also wants to go on adventure with him aaaa... marry Lorraine fast Rentt... also Ryze, Laura and Rina adventuring together damn it would be fun to see that also Rentt as their instructor again... i enjoyed this anime so much and cant wait for Season 2... and like Lorraine said "Welcome home, Rentt Faina" ... Story is simple a dragon killed you but you got revived or saved as an undead now you have to evolve slowly to become a human again while also completing your dream to becoming a mythril class adventurer but the pacing of the whole series peaceful, slow yes but so beautiful like its like every episode is an chapter, how Rentt becomes strong slowly with the help of Lorraine and others and how he helps others. the pace is beautiful of this anime like every episode felt so quick like twenty plus minutes gone in an instant... ... Rentt easily one of the most humble anime character i have ever seen, he is trying to slowly get strong to one day become mythril class adventurer also back to human, takes care of everyone and helps everyone. its rare to see an adventurer having no enemy among adventurers and loved by all in the guild like everyone was asking about him... a bit dense of romance side thats for sure. Lorraine is waifu. tsundere, helps and takes care of Rentt, she taught him magic. she loves Rentt yet cant say because of yes tsundereness but gives a bit hint. love her small hints to show how much she loves him... Sheila was a good character too, seems like she is also interested in Rentt, though she and Rina are in the cover as like main character they didnt have that much screen time. same goes for Rina great character, humble, i thought Rentt would meet her again as he now has skin but he didnt yet maybe in s2. Ryze and Laura great characters too, their respect for Rentt is immense and really like that how humble they are too... Edel is kawaii... ... Animation was great, CGI was used but it was well done... Good OP but the ED is great maybe one of the best of this year, The ED is so calm, serene and peaceful that i can listen it for like hours. also Good OSTs... .... Felt like finished a super chill anime, liked the storybuilding, pacing, everything of it. love how Rentt slowly pushing himself to his ultimate dream of becoming mythril class adventurer and becoming human again with Lorraine and others. i cant wait for new season, cant wait to see Rentt helping more people, getting more evolution also Rentt with his waifu Lorraine going on adventure.

This opening was a very cool surprise for the anime. One of the best this season. 0:15 the soft electric guitar riffs were so cool! 1:35 the rap with the rising synth and steppish-beat like The Rising of the Shield Hero opening reminds a bit of beloved movie theme *"No Rain No Rainbow"* 0:43 the moody part is so good! 個人的には厨二病全開の曲かと。発音の怪しい英語、ボイチェンで機械っぽくした部分、サビに入るまでの間とか、オレカッケー感満載な歌のように思います。でも、それに何か問題ありますかね？カッコいいもんはどうあろうがカッコいいですよね。ダウンロード購入してから、鬼リピートしてます。
