No shout out for me? I have created the worlds most watched videos on neuroanatomy lol. Just kidding. Great video and keep up the good work.

Your videos are literally the best. I don't think I would've been able to survive Neuroanatomy without them. Thank you so much dr njeeb!

Never pulled an all nighter in my life! No need to. I found that sleeping enough pays off the next day. If I get enough sleep then I have a productive day where I learn material well and have good long term recall. If I'm sleepy I'm wasting a lot of time. It's difficult to do, but I've found that getting enough sleep makes each hour I spend studying more productive. In the long term it pays off. I hope this helps.

Okay Dr. Ossareh, I know you are really smart, but you don’t have to slap me and my face and keep reminding me I am stupid. Lmao I was kidding

The weekend study is the same as during the weekday. Just get in more sleep and then start studying in the morning. Study for an hour, 15min break and so forth. then take an hour lunch and dinner. I also throw in an hour free break where you can do whatever you want for an hour. Nice to watch a movie, go for a walk, etc. This way the weekends are extremely productive and balanced. Hope this helps.

Hey dude, first of all, awesome videos. Just wanted to ask, do you print out all of the course material/lecture notes & powerpoints given by the lecturer? I like having something physical in front of me, not just a screen but i find it's so time consuming to print everything & even just keeping track of what they give us.
Thanks, keep up the good work & good luck! :)

Here in Italian Med School I used Kandel's Principles of Neural Science and Nieuenhuys's Anatomy of CNS. What do you think about those books?

But i think, if someone want a deep knowledge in Neuroscience, i would say
KANDEL PRINCIPLES OF NEURAL SCIENCES is what he/she needs..!!!!
but yes this LWW High Yield neuroscience book is THE BEST...
    Thank you again for sharing..

What do you usually do during the 15 minute breaks ? Would that be organizing the material and going over it in you head or would it be just relaxing ?
