I'm a truck driver myself from Indiana. I enjoy hands free listening to your videos. not because of what you go through, but because your humor, & entrainment. you do great with cameras angles, map showings, etc. from a fellow otr trucker, keep that coffee cup full & safe travels. I'll be watching.

Hello Sir, got to share this with you. I have a good friend that's an OTR trucker. He said he never realized how huge and beautiful this country was until he started long haul trucking. He has driven north to south and coast to coast and he said you never get tired of the majesty of this amazing country. Probably a good reason why he started reading history books of the areas he was traveling through so he would understand better what he was seeing. Now he plans his routes back, as schedules allow to see the monuments and battlefields, the great parks, just so inspiring to listen to him describe it. You get goosebumps when he explained the first time he ever saw the pacific come into view. It's an amazing life, once you get used to it. Makes me seriously consider it. The Navy ain't the only job that's an adventure! Good travels brother, have fun and stay safe.

I get so caught up with this petty B.S. with my co-driver that I forget about the big picture and why I got into trucking OTR. I laughed when you talked about getting behind company drivers in the fuel line, that was hilarious, and the comment about the prime drivers is so true. I also appreciate you leaving in the backing sequence. My only trucking experience was driving a 53' extendable flatbed and we never had to back in. We would just stop drop and roll. I'm gonna start watching your videos everyday before my shift!! It really helps me start off my day with the proper perpective! Liked and subscribed.

You didn't show my high school towns in rural Missouri..West Plains, Mountain Grove, Norwood, Mansfield...well...I know you drove through them...I was their in 1977..We called in the STYX....but it is the Ozarks ..and truckers were as cool as rock stars...but we can thank Ronnie Milsap for that.

Traffic islands are always a good idea,one has to slow down to negotiate them and give way,in our case,to traffic from the right. I don't know if your rules apply but obviously from the left. From one Jack to another, good videos! I live in the town of Clinton where you drove through and enjoyed seeing recognizable scenery on the road trip to Kansas City. Even know where the OOIDA building is...I disagree with Kevin a bit though, 13 north to Warrensburg is a nice road with few bumps. Albeit a nuisance to navigate the round-abouts, and the 55 mph speed limit, you can dodge the scales going 13 north to KC unlike going 7 North because there's a scale house on 71 South of Harrisonville where 7 and 71 intersect. Stay safe Jack and happy trucking!
I think I might also know who that dude is who pulled out in front of you in the backhoe...I recognize that vegetable market on the left where they sell homemade jellies, fruits and such.

Like the videos and I have a story my dad just came from a Kansas City to Canton Miss and found his brother just released from the navy. Which can be a ordeal and getting home so duck said come go with me to Kansas City, Larry said duck I'm Tired, duck said here take this West east coast pill and you will be ok so when they got back duck said I'm tried and Larry said hell no we're going to do another round trip. I've watch my dad sleep for 5 days after being gone for a few weeks many times.
I wish more drivers were like you! I drive OTR myself and seems the quality of truckers has took a huge drop and there is nothing professional about them.

You should see Canton during Christmas time, at night. It is extremely beautiful. It has also been used to film several movies.
