- Doing shore jigging at Changi beach for a change. The Yumada Straightcut got me some good fishes but sadly...

for singapore inshore jigging y reccomend how heavy n which tackle carry the ysmada
In shore jigging depends on location. For southern area you would require heavier tackle. Where as northern and eastern you can actually go lighter. Hey bro, Yumada jigs are no longer in production.
There are those landing net with very sleek extendable rod and net, you should get one and not put yourself in danger. I have one I bought on taobao, the rod fully extended is 6m and 60cm when retracted. The net when retracted is about the size of a badminton racket (without the handle). I keep the rod in my rod bag and hang the net that comes with a cover on my fishing sack. You can choose a shorter version since SG shores are not as harsh as where I live.

Thank you bro. Actually I don't really maintain the setup much. For me the rods I just wash the guides. For the reel, I still have issues with corrosion for the bearings hahahahaah.
