Your Speech at the beginning still rings true to be today. Down 30 pounds since January 1. It's now a habit to walk more even if now it's where it gets really hard.
I have never been to the movies by myself probably ever and I don't know why. Just a "hang up" I have. But seeing your double feature kinda makes me want to do it. Especially for movies that significant others don't want to see but you would like to see on the big screen.
The older we get the less we like roller coasters. Our bodies eventually don't do well with all of the sudden movements. I have to take a hour break after riding one today. Kids go back to back with no problems.
Absolutely love the Chester Cheetah.

I have the game boy advance & game boy advance sp and they are both good to have. they both play game boy original, color & advance game.

1:30 #BeDubFitRemix2024 I made a pledge to walk more and eat less junk food this year to lose weight. Partly because of this rewatch of your videos and watching you go through your weight loss journey even with all of the ups and downs you are still inspiring buddy. And so far I am down 10 pounds since January 1 on January 21.
Fun times at Six Flags.
And spoiler alert the Ravens ARE still playing football and I really hope they beat the Chefs next week and go to the Super Bowl. Anyone but the Chefs.
