I used to like and value Osho but It makes no sense, I hv seen plenty of women who are both, Aishwarya Rai is a very intelligent woman if u ever listen to any of her interview, similarly Late Audrey Hepburn was brilliant, Hedy Lammar is another example of beauty with brains, she gave the concept of wifi network which we use. Many singers like Beyonce, Lana del Rey ,Rihana are so damn pretty as well as talented. And list goes on , it makes no sense. It is just stereotyping that a woman is talented will not be pretty and the woman who is pretty will not be talented. It's stereotyping.

He has said a lot of things about women that are false and based on stereotypes. It used to be very common to "other" the woman, treat her like a mysterious creature with some kind of unique essence. It is true that if a woman is overly identified with her beauty and the attention she gets and is obsessed with beauty products, she will develop an ego and waste her potential. And society encourages that. But there are countless examples of highly intelligent, accomplished women who are also physically beautiful.
He is talking about common scenario, ofcourse there are exceptions. I myself never seen beautiful girls in highly skilled jobs, its always the men or less attractive women.
