No bro if you are vip then you will get double jump in escape map. And in zombie defend maps and nemesis defend map you will get double jump if you are vip or not vip you will get double jump.

In lvl 50 you get double jump ???

You can only jump higher with +gravity knifes but can't jump twice
You can get double jump in zm (defend mod ) or nemesis mod only
