Left is LP and right is ALP. LP's job is to focus the path and move the throttle and apply breaks mildly and ALP will give signal orders, right now the lady in the right witnessed the signals in green so she says proceed, so no need to slow or stop, unless yellow, double yellow or red appears. Railway is such a wonderful job. Even girls should come forward to trackman jobs too.
Bravo girls! You have broken the glass ceiling! This used to be a male monopoly. Having worked in the railways, I have travelled in the locomotive. It needs lot of courage and guts to drive an entire train. The job is not for the faint hearted. These girls are nation's pride.
