Ok I got this one. Fold the used razor blades into more material to make a Damascus style knife that is quenched in an oil ash mixture. Take the heart monitor and get the sound track of his last recorded heartbeats and etch the soundtrack along the side of the blade. Whenever someone scans the soundtrack, they'll hear the sound of his beating heart. He will live on in the blade.
I love that out of the entire bit, no true disgust comes across, just slight fear, confusion, and "whaaaaaaaaat the fuuuuuuck....?" turned into a physical expression
After hearing these ingredients, there's only one thing I can say: Thank you for making these items for people. They may sound strange to the rest of us, but they mean a lot to those who commission them. Your open mind and skilled hands help these people find closure after one of the hardest things there is to go through, and you deserve to be recognized for it.

No idea what to do with the hart thing other than fit it into the handle?

If I was the blacksmith, I would not put the ashes in the quench but fold them into the steel. It might make the steel brittle but he will be a part of the blade ... though it might be easier and wiser to make some custom G10 scales with the ashes in the scales.
If you mixed the ashes as a component of the clay for something like Japanese style differential hardening, you could technically say they were used in the quench.
