One cup maida 1)4 tsp bk pd . 1/4 cup n 1/4 cup ghee. Mix with hands.add all ingredients n then knead . Rest for 15_20 mts .
Knead lightly again n roll out n cut in desirable shape
Dough should be a lil thick rolled .Heat oil slightly .
Fry on low to medium heat .
Shake karahi so that they shouldn't stick . They should not change color . High flame for one my n take them out .
Make syrup .3/4 cup sugar n half the quantity of water n make one string syrup .
Wen boiling hot add fried pare n stir lightly for one minute . Then switch off fire n keep on turning . Rest for two mts n stir again .take out in a flame .
