@@APEXStigZ do you know why EveryTIME I try to go straight w my car it starts to do drift and I can’t control it?
For street start lights put your delay box at .400 and let go of launch as soon as the yellow light comes on

This i get. But I think there's more hook left in my car (the Gremlin and Javelin) It's the suspension tunes that are eluding me. I've gotten the Gremlin to 5.82, the Javelin to 5.86.
But there's more there, and it's getting irritating.

Only my second day playing (steep learning curve) but your easy follow method & tips got my troublesome, inconsistent 7.x second scratch-built monster down to easier, almost regular 5.8s. Now off to watch your suspension video!! Thanks StigZ, you've made learning fast fun!!
Please make a video about the suspension settings and the weight transfer please 👍
With the weight transfer it’s easy because if you put it too far to the left you will spin like crazy but too far to the right you can barely make a 6 sec pass
Lower grip tires (street&et street) you need the weight on the rear
High grip tires shift most weight to the front
If your on full slicks put it around 0.58-0.7 to the left

Could you cover how to do suspension tuning to stop your car from doing wheelies when you start chucking power at it? And what if you set the gears up so that when you shift into the next gear the rpm is at the values that you get in the Dyno graph?
For the wheelying than use a wheelie bar
I had a 6 second mustang and I used your diagram with the line on the graph and now it runs a slower 6.8

8:19 I appreciate the video. At that part you say that 1st gear short as possible. How do you determine when to leave the gear alone and mess with the launch number instead? Bc you might be able to launch at 4k and get 75mph out of 1st. Those are just random but I'm having trouble figuring out how many kits to leave on vs how long 1st gear needs to be vs launch rpm. I love tuning the street and et streets to as fast as I can get them. Thanks again
Launch can be anywhere from 7k-10k in general. So just pick a value and find the gears for that.

No matter how I tune my car second gear drops down to 3 or 4k rpm every run, nothing changes it, so I can't get runs faster than 6.0

In general adjust the bar so the front wheels are about half front tire diameter off the ground max.
I did your tranny setup and suspension tune on a 4 speed it won't grab and its all over the road! It's a blown big block Barracuda. 🤔

5 speed you'll need to make 5th the same as my 6th gear. Then make the others Inbetween slightly longer than mine.
Final drive is the gearing in the rear axle of the car

I'm running on a procharged mustang, and stuck running 6.3, also a s550 maxed turbo, minus the near perfect tune
actually moving it to the right, makes the rpm higher faster wheel turn but slower final speed.
How do i set default back also I put exactly the same numbers in my car but it’s a different car would that or the mods affect it ? Because I don’t get same mph

Does the formula apply with 1-4 gears? I'm trying to build something like Cleetus McFarland's Leroy, he does have a six-speed but he shifts 1-4 only. Thanks for the tutorial man! Oh yeah! You should make a tune for 10.5 size radials.

You have to look for your gears his gears wont work on othwr People thats why its a tutorial
If your car's powerband falls off at approximately 9000 rpm, why not set the rev limiter at that amount or even a bit higher, versus leaving it at 10,000?
You could set it to about 9500 (when you want to shift) but it won't make any difference because you'd shift then anyway with the limiter maxed at 10000rpm.

Yes, that's the general rule. Setup 1st gear to be as short as possible without the wheels spinning and then the rest to keep the car always in the power band.

Why doesn’t my graph scale move from 200mph
How come I cant go faster than 245/247 mph but the computer goes 254/257. I only win from faster reaction times. I’ve watch the videos I’ve set the car up for good 60 foot (.88-.90) just can’t get the extra mph
