The way Asimo uses back airs you would almost think he has an off switch for auto turn around lmao
Love how Asimo rarely uses raw fire ball.
He uses good movement to get openings that are hard for Ryu to get normally.

When playing FGCs the best way to do it is never hit the special button. Do everything with inputs and A.
Except Kazuya I guess that’s tilt stick and B presses all day with a sprinkling of inputs. I just meant Terry ryu and Ken I guess…

That was really close, great match.
If I'm being perfectly honest, I *much* prefer seeing two characters like these fight rather than a Steve who keeps building a wall next to a platform, mines for resources a bit and then throws out a minecart from the safety of his little space.

I’d be interested in a platform fighter that only had characters similar to ryu ken terry, like smash but everyone had inputs. But like a platform fighter, not just like every other fighter
There is Guilty Gear Dust Strikers for the NDS. The difference with smash is that it's always stamina mode and everyone is broken lol
I've seen Ryu and Terry fight in the same game, but not quite on a stage like Hollow Bastion.

Search RAR back air, trigger button to jump helps. With practice it will look like that
Slingshot is a faster way of doing it too, especially flick shot, if you want to cover ground with it. Watch the gimr video on that too.

Its kind of like what happened to fatality when he played friendlies with Skyjay and in the same tourney lost to him when in the friendlies he whooped him. He gave his opponent match up experience and who knows, that may have just translated into a loss.

Ryu's attacks come out faster and the use of Focus Attack makes it difficult for Kazuya to get follow ups.
