@@mostafatito9890 What exactly do you mean? If you have a squad of tau soldiers selected, you right click them on an enemy squad and what happens? They do what they are told, they go directly to that squad and attack it. You don't have to wonder what that unit will do. So.. what about what happens after the tau squad kills the squad? They stand there, because they haven't been given orders. That's where the shift button comes in. Go back to the original scenario where you right click to tell your tau fire warriors to go kill an enemy. They have been ordered to do it, you don't have to guess what they will do, but now you want the tau to run back to base AFTER they kill the squad. You HOLD SHIFT and RIGHT CLICK YOUR BASE. Whenever you do something without holding shift, you do one action and that's it. Shift allows you to queue a sequence of actions. So using the above example: Select tau fire warriors, right click the enemy squad. Stop HOLD SHIFT RIGHT CLICK YOUR BASE ON THE MINIMAP. Apply a queue line applies to any and all actions you can take (move command, attack command, use a spell, jump from requisition point to requisition point because you held shift while right clicking on each one.) Idk why he keeps him on there after he gets the Sargeants for the squads, but at tech 1, it is indeed probably what the other guy said. It's why he chose the banner as his first upgrade in ep 1.
