Mines are among the most difficult terrains for trucks designed to carry the overburden and the mined material. The extremely harsh environment, rough terrain and heaviness of the transported material require vehicles of high reliability and increased efficiency. More and more often these requirements force the manufacturers of mine vehicles equipped with tipping system to look for innovative and unique solutions in order to meet strict requirements and generate greater profits for their users.

The higher operating safety offered by ALPHA systems has been achieved by introducing several innovations to the new series, such as the new design of the cylinder, the new hydraulic valve as well as more precise and faster-operating tipping angle limiters. Another new feature of the whole generation of ALPHA cylinders is that they make it possible to reduce the weight of the whole tipping system and reduce the time of unloading. An unquestionable advantage of HYVA hydraulic systems is that they maintain, and in some cases even exceed, the lifting capacity at reduced weight and dimensions. The new ALPHA line cylinders have the operating pressure of 250 bar, thus resulting in no limitations as compared to current standards.

One of our FMX drivers accidently bend HYVA cylinder...now, after 7 months truck still out of order, price for cylinder overhelmingly expencive, it is still in delivery.
