_ 4 eggs.
_ 200 g of sugar.
_ 200 g soft wheat flour.
_ pinch of salt.
_ Vanillin.
_ 8 g of baking powder.

Cooking time and temperature: 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes.

Горячий рулет я выкладываю на полотенце и сворачиваю и когда остынет ,разворачиваю можно побрызгать сладкой водичкой или коньяк и потом любая начинка, я делаю со сметаной 30% легко сворачивается и не ломается: мой рецепт 5 яиц, 150 сахара щепотка соли ванильный сахар и 130 муки)))
