Hi Robyn! I'm not sure you can make this with the 123 Punch Board, since that one makes envelopes, bows, and boxes. The Gift Bag Punch Board has a slightly different punch and scoring guides than what is available on the 123 Punch Board, but I don't have one to try it out though, so it might be possible?
Looks like you don't need any boards for this project at all. Just score everything as shown, cut off all unnecessary flaps, for the left over flap use a corner rounder.
