What a trip down Memory Lane! Between my friends, brother, and cousins (including some girls!) I recall playing with almost all of these from about 1960 onward. It's a shame that Dinky (and Corgi) didn't, or perhaps couldn't, use a good metal primer in their cast bodies, because I remember even those we really cared soon sported chips and flakes just from handling.
Indoors or out, we loved pretending to live the lives of adults, and driving your car and/or truck of the day was an excellent prop for that fantasy.

The pullmore car transporter originally came with a ramp to get cars to the upper deck. My uncle had one as a child in the 1950's and it was my favourite when I would visit my nan and play with them. Fond memories

The pullmore car transporter alone without the box is worth about £200.00.It's a rare 6 rivet model only made for about 6 months.

"Yo Reginald, did you get the rivet pattern on the car transporter figured out yet?"
"Not yet Nigel, the bloody thing is a pain to get done. I've got this temporary one with six rivets though."
"Good enough, we'll get a proper rivet pattern in a few months."

CORRECT , THERE ARE LOTS OF DINKY SUPERTOYS IN THE LITTLE CASE YOU HAVE THERE . THE LYONS CAKES GUY VAN , IS VERY RARE AND DESIREABLE . THE SUPERTOYS WERE AROUND FROM THE LATE 1940's RIGHT UP TO THE LATE 1960's . I DID OWN DINKY TOYS IN MY CHILDHOOD , BUT FEW AND FAR BETWEEN , AS THEY WERE SUCH EXPENSIVE TOYS . SO HAD TO MAKE DO , WITH CORGI , LESNEY , OR TIN / PLASTIC FRICTION TOYS SUCH AS TELSADA OR MINIC . VERY MANY OF THE TOY VEHICLES YOU HAVE THERE ARE DESIRABLE , AND I HAVE IN MY COLLECTION AND HAVE INSURED TO THE HILT . THANKS FOR POSTING ,AS I FIND THINGS LIKE THIS INTERESTING BECAUSE IT'S BEEN A HOBBY , FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS .

Some lovely old Dinkies there! I have most of them I think. The strange blue cab is a mechanical horse. Similar to a Scammel Scarab in the fifties. You might have the trailer that goes with it at.bottom of your box with the rest of the trailers!

It’s pronounced Fowden! although spelt as is shown. Foden and his son E R Foden which was known as the ERF. Some of the cars like the Austin Atlantic and Land Rover with its trailer are rare. The Austin was only made in real life for sale in the States and it was a complete failure almost the same as the model so it’s rare! But there are some very nice cars and commercials in the collection. Yes the year they were produced is more or less the same year as the real life vehicles. The three wheel trailer should have a trailer with it and was commonly used on railways. Some of the models you have could date back to the late thirties so will be valuable I can’t recall all of the dates but go on line and a bit of research will get you the information you require and you can probably get valuations from somewhere. Good lick

Lots of those are late 50's early 60's Dinkys. Id take them all out that suitcase and store them separately. Having them in that suitcae will create more paint chips on them. I wouldnt look to restore any of them. Id say value wise you have many ranging from around £25 to £50 and maybe £200 for the boxed transporter. However, people will pay what they think they are worth so you may get a little more or a little less. Would get top price if they were all in original boxes

If you go onto the story of Dinky Toys You tube videos it explains how you date the various models. Of course few are in mint condition today but they are still worth a considerable sum of money if you want to sell them. Items like tyres for example can be obtained on line providing you have the model number and age etc so you get the correct tyre type. Some of them look nice from my point of view as they represent an era I grew up in. But I’ve now changed the way I collect models and only collect farm machinery of a particular make and unfortunately Dinky never made what I now collect. But I wish you well in doing whatever you want to do with them but be careful handling them so they don’t get any more damage.

I love those old Dinky toys. They have a certain character to them that is quite unique. I found 2 recently in an antique shop with the original boxes. Honorable mention to the old Corgi and Budgie toys too!

Nice collection matey but you need to get the names of the trucks right, it's not Fod en, it's Fo den but all one word Foden I just broken the word up to try to explain how its pronounced. Foden is one of the famous old British truck marks made in Sandbach in Cheshire, one of many lost for all time, you have some rare British named trucks and cars that used to dominate the world, you lucky man
