He's a great leader for the team, and is now for the first time ever going into a season with the same coaching staff he had the year prior. 2021 is Baker's year man. Most of them are used from High school to have good or great team mates, now in the NFL it’s a lot more level! So the QB can have a great game and lose, next game lose again and then again, then you see how they react!

Most all college qb's can not process the reads at nfl speed. Thus so many fail as they have slow brains and nfl defenses are at light speed. Spend your high draft picks on the offense and defesive lines. They determine the speed the opponent has to play at. All nfl qb's look great when they have no pressure. Experience helps if they get the chance. Coaching helps, a running game. Linemen give him time. What every qb needs more of.
