Methi na Gota
1.5 Cup Methi leaves
1\2 Cup Coriander leaves
Hing and carom seeds
salt and sugar,3 green chili
1-2 tsp Hot Oil
1.5 Cup Besan
Pinch of Baking soda
2 tsp black pepper corn
1 tbs Coriander seeds
Lasaniya bataka na Bhajiya
500 gm small Potatoes
20 garlic cloves
2 tbs red chili powder
salt
Oil
Pinch of sugar
1\2 lemon
1 tbs Coriander leaves
1.5 cup Besan
salt hing
pinch of turmeric powder
pinch of baking soda
Oil for fry
Aloo palak pakora
25 spinach leaves
2 medium potatoes
4-5 tbs rice flour
7 tbsChick peas flour
2-3 green chili
1 inch ginger
1\4 cup coriander leaves
salt and 1 tsp carom seeds
1\2 tsp chili powder
3 tbs dessicated coconut
2 tbs sesame seeds
1\4 tsp turmeric powder
Hing,lemon juice little
For chutney
3 tomato,4-5 garlic cloves
4-5 dry red chilli
2-3 small pieces of tamarind
Salt and 1 pieces of jaggery
1 tsp Oil
Ring Bhajiya
250 gm Green chilli large
5-6 tbs Besan
1.5 lemon
1 inch ginger
salt
Hing
Turmeric powder
oil
Kanda aloo Bhaji
2 large Onion
2 Potato
2-3 Green Chili
pinch of Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
4-5 tbs Besan
4-5 tbs Rice Flour
Salt,sesame seeds
,Coriander Leaves
stuffed potato bhajiya
3 Medium Potatoes
2 cups Besan
1\4 cup Rice flour
salt and turmeric powder
For Stuffing
1\2 cup Gathiya or sev
2 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs Coriander seeds
7-8 black pepper corn
2 tbs red chilli powder
1\2 tbs sugar and 3\4 tsp sugar
1 ginger piece,7-8 garlic cloves
2 tbs coriander cumin pwdr
1\4 cup coriander leaves
1 large lemon juice

Very very nice variety of pakoras. All of them look very mouthwatering tasty and delicious alongwith the various types of chatnies sauces and kadi to go with it. Good treat in the monsoon season.
