Did you try/manage to identify any of the men in the video? I believe the guy with binoculars at 1:36 may be Polish mercenery Rafał Gan- Ganowicz en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rafa%C5%82_Gan-Ganowicz who was fighting in Kongo around that time. Also, the man with sunglasses at 0:12 seems to have Polish Eagle on his beret. This is a bit of a wild guess, i would say, but the time and place seem correct.
