Sir main jada to scientific language nahi janta but main ak lubricant related book banana chahta hu jisme lubricant and grease manufacture ka prosses hai but mujhko ise scientific language me kuch help mil sakti hai like a book or notes etc
The mechanism of the mechanism when polymer lose its water molecule again that polymer will try to gain that water molecule after when you remove the shear stress this how viscosity will increase

Check the CO ordinates in graph. I kept shear stress on x axis
