I am a boy and my goal is to loss weight and improve thw shape of my muscles. Why does my trainer gave me a Glute and Squat exercises?

I thought at first that this it is just a begginer's workout that he gave depends on his assessment. But when I saw your feedback I have now a second thought about him. This are the examples of workouts that he gave me. Hip Bridge, Leg Back Hook, Hip Twist Jump, Squat Walk.

Hi, to be honest I'd recommend speaking to a new trainer. Doesn't sound like a very effective program regardless of your goals.
