WONDERFUL to see recipes using whole, fresh pumpkins! I would like to have heard the amount of curry spice(s)...looked like a lot; if I re-watch it, the visual may get me in the balllpark, but I'd rather just see it in the list of ingreds....Thanks again for a great idea! (Also, I rinsed and saved my cooked seeds but, not using oil anymore in order to bake them on a cookie sheet, I'm not sure what to do with them. I can say that they are good when still moist and fresh out of the cooked pumpkin, but I couldn't/wouldn't be able to eat them all up at once.) They are currently drying out on cookie sheet, and I toss them around a couple times every day. Best to you, wonderful Chef AJ!
(Thanks for little response, dear Chef AJ!) Update on air-dried seeds: ""Nope." (I tried one this morning, and, on chewing, there is no way to separate out the hard skin edge, and so it just isn't palatable. (It seems that moist and fresh out of the newly baked squash -- I just fork the whole pumpkin around the top and bake the whole thing, 350/1-hour -- is the way to use the seeds. Must have a party to use them all up though!) : - ) Thanks again for savory use of wonderful-eating fresh pumpkin.
Looks absolutely delicious 😋 chef AJ🎉

What are the charts you have taped to the cooker?
